How to Play Fill in the Blank Over Text
- One player texts a sentence with a blank in it, using an underscore or "___" to mark the missing word. For example: "The worst thing to say on a first date is ___."
- The other player fills in the blank with the funniest, most creative, or most honest answer they can think of.
- Both players react to the answer. Laugh about it, debate it, or challenge each other to do better.
- Switch roles. The person who answered now sends a new prompt, and you keep going back and forth.
Rules
- Prompts should have exactly one blank. Keep it simple so the answers can shine.
- No skipping. You have to answer every prompt, even if it is a tough one.
- Answers should be a single word or short phrase. No writing a whole paragraph.
- Keep prompts open-ended enough that there are many possible answers.
- Take turns sending prompts so both players get to be creative on both sides.

Tips & Variations
- Write prompts that are personal ("My biggest fear is ___") or absurd ("The worst superpower would be ___") for the best answers.
- Play a "group edition" in a group chat where everyone answers the same prompt and you vote on the best response.
- Try a "speed round" where you send 5 prompts in a row and the other person has to answer all of them within 2 minutes.
- For a deeper version, use prompts like "Something nobody knows about me is ___" to turn it into a real get-to-know-you game.
